On 5Dec 2004, we had the pleasure of spending an evening with poet Mandakranta Sen. Born in 1972, Mandakranta is one of the youngest recipient of Ananda Puroskar (1999). This year she was also honoured by the Sahitya Academy with the golden jubille young writers' award. She has authered five poetry books, first being `Hridoy Abadhyo Meye'. Here is a page from her diary that she has left with us. It is one of her poems `Bolo Anyobhabe--Punorbar'. The english translation (by Shubho Chatterjee) of the poem is here.
