Institute of Physics, an autonomous research aided
institute, invites item wise quotation for supply of the following.

RAPID
THERMAL ANNEALING SYSTEM
Non industrial model suitable for research in condensed
matter and material science, PC controlled,
both vacuum annealing and in gas ambient. Turbo molecular pump based (~10 e-6 Torr or
better). Temperature range upto 1200 deg C or higher,ramp rate adjustable from 1 deg C to
200 deg C/sec.

COOLING HOLDER FOR JEOL 2010 UHR TEM
Double tilt cooling specimen holder for JEOL 2010 UHR
transmission electron Microscope (with URP-22 pole piece), motorized tilt, angle read and
cold stage controller used for 3.0 mm diameter specimen. Low background analytical holder
for EDS analysis. Operating temperature range from minus 1750C to 1300C using liquid nitrogen.
