RULES & REGULATIONS:

• The Medium of Competition is ENGLISH
• Time Limit given for each speaker would be 5 Minutes.
• Participants should produce their Identity cards at the Venue of Competition.
• Topics would be announced ONE HOUR before the commencement of the Competition.
• Judges decision would be the Final.

• Attractive prizes at Zonal level.
• Finalists will be paid TA and provided local Hospitality at Bhubaneswar.
