Registration of Migrant people expected to come from outside state on completion of Lock Down period.

 I am forwarding herewith letter no.1850 dated 23.04.2020 along with the proforma received from Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) North Zone Office, Chandrasekhar on the above subject for your kind information and further necessary action.  As the last date for submission of the report is given as 27.04.2020, I would request you to kindly send the information latest by Monday (11.00 a.m) enabling us to compile and send the report to BMC.

In addition to this the students coming after lock-down period  from out side state will furnish the  required information in the same format(only the relevant portion) and register themselves in the Govt Of Odisha portal before coming to Odisha.

Institute is taking utmost care for facilitating the
students/relatives/family members to enter inside the campus within the rules framed by the Govt. of Odisha from time to time.

All are requested to update themselves with the Govt. of Odisha guidelines through the state website.
