In continuation to this notice dated 31.03.2020 and in pursuance
to the Order No.2135/R&DM(DM) dated 09.04.2020 issued by the Chief
Secretary, Govt. of Odisha, the Institute will remain Lock Down till
30th April, 2020 to contain spreading of the COVID-19 with the
following:
1. All scholars/Post-doctoral Fellows/Visitors and Project staff are
requested to obey the Order issued by the Govt. of Odisha for extension
of lock down till 30.4.2020 and they will wait till further intimation
to attend the classes. The concerned faculty member are requested to
guide the students accordingly.
2. As usual, important activities will be performed with minimum staff
on requirement available in the campus and any member/s will be called
to work on emergency.
3. Emergency staff will continue to work with rotation basis for
uninterrupted supply of Power, Water and Networking so also the
Outsourcing staff for Security and Cleaning the Institute.
This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
