There are a few options to reach Toshali Sands from Bhubaneswar Airport/ Railway Station:

  1. You can take a prepaid taxi from the Airport (the booth is near the exit opposite luggage belts). Contact: Sai Sparsh Travels, Biju Senapati: +91 977 606 8282.
  2. Ola/ Uber outstation.
  3. You can also contact Toshali Sands directly. Contact their travel manager, Jayant Mishra, at +91 99370 13789 and
    +91 94381 77140. They said it costs Rs. 2500 by Swift Dezire and Rs. 3700 by Innova.

For people reaching Puri Railway station, you can take a taxi to Toshali Sands Resort.
