|
All of you who have chosen single accomodation or
arriving with their spouses, will be staying in the Hotel Swosti Plaza.
(Some of you have chosen to arrange your own accommodation.)
Almost every one else will also be staying in the Hotel Swosti Plaza.
Those
who would not be staying there know this already.
A hotel vehicle will be there to pick you up at the airport/ railway
station.
The Workshop will take place in the campus of the
Institute of Physics. The hotel is about 2-3 kms from the campus. There
will be arrangement for transportation from the hotel to the venue,
daily.

| Meals |
The participants who will be staying in the Hotel
Swosti Plaza will be served breakfast in the same hotel. The lunch and
the dinner will be served on the Institute of Physics campus.
Near the institute/hotel there are a number of eating and drinking
places. A map for some of these places is here.

| Talks |
| For your talks, LCD projectors would be available. A
laptop or a PC can be connected to these projectors. If you so choose,
you can bring your own Laptop, or a talk can be loaded to a local
Laptop or PC for display.

| Computer Facilities |
If you bring your own Laptop with a wireless access
card, you can get access to the Internet easily. There will be areas
available for wireless Internet connectivity. A number of PCs for
Internet access and computation would also be available.
